Wayne is an amazing driving instructor in Cairns! He was encouraging, insightful and overall amazing in teaching manual. Chose Epic driving school out of the many other schools within Cairns and do not regret it. Wayne taught me everything I need to know on how to pass your driving test. He is calm and very personable. Wayne is absolutely the best driving instructor in Cairns! I upgraded from an automatic to a manual license and Wayne was respectful of my time and concentrated on the essentials! Wayne was an amazing instructor. Went from not knowing anything about driving manual to passing first try within a few lessons. Wayne is a top bloke and would recommend him to anyone wishing to get the license or simply wanting to better their driving skills to the max. Wayne is a fantastic driving instructor who is calm, kind, informative and supportive. Wayne knows how to make a learner driver feel confident in themselves and their abilities. I have used Wayne to instruct three of my children. Two have already gained their P license - having passed the test first time - and one is currently on Learners. The package deals are great value and the booking and communication process is easy. I highly recommend Wayne at Epic Driving School.

My daughter passed first time with Epic which is a testament to Wayne as a driving instructor as we only had an automatic car for her to practice in! In a few lessons, he managed to get her confident and proficient enough to pass a manual car test. Also of importance is that my daughter felt comfortable with him and enjoyed his company. Highly recommend!

A massive thank you to Wayne for his guidance and instruction. Through five lessons with him I was able to gain the confidence and skills to pass my practical test today.He was always kind and patient in the way he would teach and always made the driving lessons enjoyable.All the lessons were tailored to my needs and Wayne focused not only on improving my driving/ maneuver skills but also put an emphasis on developing my safe driving skills, which I am extremely thankful for.I found the price of lessons and the test day package to be well worth the money and if you want to gain the confidence to pass your test I cannot recommend Wayne enough.

It took me about 1/1,5months to get my driver license thanks to Wayne, and I am happy I did it with him. The lessons are all always enjoyable and I come out feeling a lot more confident in myself but also in the skills I have developed with Wayne. He remains calm at all times which is extremely helpfull and helps you feel more open to asking questions. He gives constructive, accurate feedback when needed and adapts the lesson to what you need to build upon, so that you can have the skills you need to pass your test and become a more than just a competent driver but a calm and observational driver making your driving more comfortable for everyone in the car. He has helped me immensely couldn’t ask for anything more.

I’ve only done two lessons with Wayne but so far he has been extremely helpful in keeping me comfortable on the roads and helping me gain more confidence with gears and the clutch. As an extremely anxious person he doesn’t make me feel pressured or stressed out even when I do something wrong. I would highly recommend.

I took 11 lessons with Wayne and I would like to say that he is a brilliant instructor. He is never late for lessons, always polite, calm, energetic, has a great vibe and is super easy going. Wayne is a very experienced driver. He possesses amazing communication skills. You won’t feel like a complete fool on your first lesson. You will be taught in a calm and chill manner. Wayne has a great sense of humour and lessons with him are always fun. He will teach you everything that you need to know for the driving test and how the examiner will try to fail you. I even did not have to google this.He keeps his vehicle in a great condition. Clutch, gearbox, steering, everything is turned to perfection. His car is always clean.With Wayne you will arrive at your driving test prepared and confident that you will pass it.Wayne is a legend!
